Best of Bee Gees Volume 2 is a compilation album of hits by the Bee Gees released in 1973. The album, briefly revived on CD in the late 1980s, went out of print, but was reissued by Rhino in November 2008
Best of Bee Gees is a 1969 compilation album by the English rock band Bee Gees. It was their first international greatest hits album. It featured their singles from 1966-1969 with the exception of the band's 1968 single "Jumbo". The following songs in this compilation from 1966-1969 was very popular worldwide and was picked up by many casual fans who owned no other Bee Gees album. It includes the US singles "Holiday" and "I Started a Joke".

Performer: Bee Gees Album: Greatest Hits Label: Star Mark. The Bee Gees were a pop music group formed in 1958. Their lineup consisted of brothers Barry, Robin, and Maurice Gibb. The trio were especially successful as a popular music act in the late 1960s and early 1970s, and later as prominent performers of the disco music era in the mid-to-late 1970s
This is a quintessential Bee Gees number, with three-part lead vocal, solo vocal spots for Barry and Robin, Maurice all over the place instrumentally, wonderfully strange lyrics, and even their backing vocals left in place where Bill Shepherd might have arranged more orchestral parts than he does. After touring the Bee Gees now worked quickly to complete another album. They started with a song by Robin (his last solo composition until 1999!), and then one of the songs Barry did on his fan club recording from 1971. The last song is unknown.
Some of the songs were old ones finished up or rewritten for the occasion (in the case of "I Can Bring Love"). To Whom It May Concern has sold approximately 350,000 copies worldwide. After touring in 1971 to promote their previous album, Trafalgar, the Bee Gees worked quickly to complete another album. They recorded the song "Paper Mache, Cabbages and Kings" on 3 January 1972 which was the last song recorded with the Australian drummer Geoff Bridgford. He left the group before their tour of East Asia and was replaced on tour by Chris Karan.
Bee Gees' 1st is the third studio album by English band Bee Gees, and their first international full-length recording after two albums distributed only in Australia and New Zealand. Bee Gees' 1st was the group's debut album for the UK Polydor label, and for the US Atco label. Bee Gees 1st was released on 14 July 1967 in the UK. On 9 August it entered the UK charts, on that same day, the album was released in the US, and it entered the US charts on 26 August . Robert Stigwood – producer. Ossie Byrne – producer. Klaus Voormann – art cover.
