The 30th annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Awards Dinner will honor 10 area civil and human rights activists beginning at 5 . Friday, Jan. 12, at La Fontaine Bleue in Glen Burnie. The parade will feature grand marshals being honored for community service along with the United States Naval Academy Marching Band, horses, exotic cars and trucks, live concert at City Dock, and a host of other bands and community groups from across the State of Maryland.
