Birth Control never repeated the experiment of Backdoor Possibilities again, but you can't be too surprised, the latter-half of the '70s weren't as so friendly to prog (and Gentle Giant was starting to record more straightforward material starting with The Missing Piece), not to mention the album did alienate many listeners (since this was so untypical for the band, go listen to Hoodoo Man, and then this album, you might find it hard to believe this is the same band, really it's only Bernd Noske and Bruno Frenzel that had anything in common with those two albums).
Birth control - backdoor y live 2 CD new+. On this album, recorded live on Birth Control's 1974 tour, the band additionally consisted of bassist/singer Peter F�ller, guitarist and songwriter Bruno Frenzel and Zeus Held. The live album was recorded during the "Rebirth" tour, the only album here from which you hear two songs.
