The Golden Age Lyrics. Walking through the fields of gold In the distance, bombs can fall Boy we're running free Facing light in the flow And in the cherry trees We're hiding from the world. But the golden age is over But the golden age is over. Listen, I can hear the call As I'm walking through the door Did you ever dream We'd miss the mornings in the sun? The playgrounds in the streets The bliss of slumberland Boy, we are family No matter what they say But boys are meant to flee And run away one day. When golden age is over Oh the golden age is over But the golden age is over The golden age is over. About The Golden Age.

While Antony fans will probably hear a lot to like on The Golden Age, Woodkid's approach isn't as intimate; instead, Lemoine's focus is often on the massive sounds around him. Those sounds are undeniably impressive, particularly on the title track, which opens the album with slowly building strings and brass that eventually unfold into dramatic, suite-like movements, and on "Run Boy Run," which has all the drama of a spaghetti Western score.
Hear You Calling (Original Mother Earth Mix). Hear You Calling (Fire & Ice Remix). Steve Helstrip's En Motion remix is one of those forgotten gems of the '99 Golden Age Of Trance™. Pure hands-in-the-air euphoria, with a thumping PvD style production. Also check Truth, it's pretty much the same thing but without the singing (for those who prefer instrumental Trance). Personally, I think both tracks are superb.

The Golden Age" as written by Craig Mackenzie Armstrong and A. R. Rahman. Put your hands on the wheel Let the golden age begin Let the window down Feel the moonlight on your skin Let the desert wind Cool your aching head Let the weight of the world Drift away instead. These day I barely get by I don't even try. It's a treacherous road With a desolated view There's distant lights But here they're far and few And the sun don't shine Even when its day You gotta drive all night Just to feel like you're ok. These days I barely get.
