Ashley Campbell - I Surrender All album
This is track 2 from the 1986 album "Draw Me Near". BY REQUEST Actress, Singer, Worshipper are words that best describe Lecresia Campbell.

Ashley Campbell released her debut single "Remembering" via Dot Records in 2015.

Surrender is the third studio album by English synth-pop duo Hurts. It was released on 9 October 2015 by Columbia Records. The album spawned the singles "Some Kind of Heaven", "Rolling Stone", "Lights", "Slow", and "Wish". Surrender debuted at number 12 on the UK Albums Chart, selling 5,636 copies in its first week. Hurts – production (tracks 1, 10, 11, 13).
Ashley Campbell is set to release her debut solo album The Lonely One May 11. The route to finally stepping out on her own terms almost couldn't have been more complicated, either personally or professionally. As the youngest daughter of the late Glen Campbell, who died in 2017 following a protracted battle with Alzheimer’s, the songwriter was put in a position that has bedeviled so many artists with famous parents: how do you honor a musical titan of the 20th century while creating art on your own terms? Yet, The Lonely One feels absolutely unencumbered by that weight.
Ashley Campbell is certainly game. It’s barely noon, and she’s taking a break from a round of radio interviews. Hence Ashley is starting her own career at the relatively advanced age of 31, playing banjo and singing on an album that favours traditional instrumentation and songwriting over the pumped-up crossover pop of country radio. Not that she actually intended to be a musician: she studied theatre at Pepperdine University in California, then learned the banjo for a play the university was putting on at the fringe in Edinburgh (which she pronounces Edinburrow).
